What is the quality of the hair used in Ywigs products?
We use 100% high-quality human hair for our wigs and extensions. Our hair is ethically sourced and meticulously processed to ensure it remains soft, tangle-free, and natural-looking for long-term wear.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I color or style my wig with heat?
Yes, because our wigs are made from 100% human hair, you can use heat styling tools, dye, or bleach them. However, we recommend using a heat protectant spray and consulting a professional stylist for chemical treatments to maintain hair health.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, lace-uncut, and unworn condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been altered or worn.
How do I choose the correct cap size?
Most of our wigs come in a standard medium cap size that fits 95% of customers. We also provide adjustable straps and combs inside the cap for a secure fit. Please refer to our Size Guide for specific measurements.
